Welcome to the ISA's Threat Alert Service (KTP) - an online threat management system. Our service will help you manage and support your anti-virus environment by providing you with:

  • timely and customized delivery of actionable anti-virus information
  • vendor support escalation - we will intervene when your support issues need more attention
  • on-going threat and anti-virus knowledge, education, and resources provided by ISA Security professionals

    Included in the service are customized email threat alerts and signature updates to unlimited contacts, KTP user forum, vendor support escalations, anti-virus product support and a website portal with a threat database as well as other security reference materials.
